2020 Report Pre-launch Ordering for Country Offices
The site is now open for ordering. The Report and Overview in English will be available in January 2021. All other official languages will be available in March 2021. The product titled "Overview" is the same product previously known as "Summary".
How to order:
- Log into your account by clicking here and entering your username and password. If you do not already have one, email Ms. Marium Soomro at marium.soomro@undp.org.
- To order reports, overviews, folders and posters, go to "Place your Order" then click on the item i.e. Report, Overview or Poster and Press Folders.
Note: HDRO encourages the Country Offices to print the 2020 Human Development Report locally to reduce our carbon footprint and save costs. As a part of this change, HDRO will not provide free copies, but on this site you will be able to purchase copies and pay shipping costs. Copies will only be shipped after payment has been completed in Atlas. - Select the quantity and language then click "Add to Cart".
- Click on "Go to Check out" then click on "Continue" to next step.
- You can modify your order in your shopping cart.
- To change the quantity of your order, type in the correct number then click on the "Update Cart".
- To delete an item from the cart, click "Remove".
- To add a different item on your cart, select "Place an order" then repeat steps 1, 2 and 3.
- When prompted, enter your payment information: your General Ledger Journal Entry (GLJE) number.
Note: You need to create your own GLJE number in Atlas debiting your account and then crediting our account on the below COA. The Status of the GLJE should be Posted (P). Your order will not be processed unless the GLJE number is submitted and validated by HDRO. - Wait for your email confirmation. If you have not received an email confirmation from our system within 2 hours, please check your junk mail. If you cannot retrieve your email, please send an email to marium.soomro@undp.org to confirm your order.

FAQ:
Question: How do I retrieve my login information?
Answer: User accounts and passwords have been assigned to each UNDP Country Office based on the email address used for the 2019 ordering site. In order to retrieve your login information, please enter the country of your office as a username and request a new password. If this does not work, we may not have your email on file. Please request a new username and password at: marium.soomro@undp.org. Please be sure to specify your Country Office in your request.
Question: I cannot complete my order. The system is asking for a GLJE number. How do I fix this?
Answer: You are required to create a GLJE entry in Atlas and submit this number as part of the payment information in this system.
Question: How are shipping costs calculated?
Answer: Shipping costs are charged to the UNDP Country Office for both free and additional reports and overviews. The shipping costs are calculated according to the fees negotiated by HDRO for the global distribution of the report. HDRO no longer supports launch shipments through the UN Pouch.
